We will keep confidential all Personal Data collected through our website, and we take every measure to provide a comparable level of protection for Personal Data should the information be processed by a Vendor. 

All orders are checked before shipping out to our customers to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition.

All items sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable. We have adopted services from reliable courier services to ensure that your order reaches you without any defect. If wrong goods are received, damaged, or defected, kindly please contact us at info@amiableshop.com within 2 days of the receipt of your product. We will reply to your email shortly and try to rectify your problem soonest possible.

All orders will be delivered through Courier Services to the shipping address indicated by you. Orders are shipped on business days ONLY (Monday – Friday).

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 5 working days after order verification and credit approval. Please provide the CORRECT shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a VALID phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.
